The master´s thesis focuses on excluding certain asset groups by IFRS and czech accounting legislation. The target of the thesis is the charecteristics of assets, there dispence, awards, managment from the point of view of mentioned systems as described by the czech accounting legislation and international accounting standards. In the master´s thesis i compare systems and pointing out the mostsignificant differences in reporting and then application to the selected entity.
The impact of the revitalization of residential buildings at their common price

This thesis deals with the revitalization of residential buildings at their usual price. It deals with the influence of the investment needed to revitalize and its sub-sequent evaluation of the usual price. The work begins with a gradual explanation of terms needed to introduce the issue of valuation of real property. The thesis contains a proposed revitalization of a residential building in the center of Prague. The thesis is an itemized budget for the proposed revitalization. Analysis of the market for the valuation of residential unit is specified professional estimates, which are attached to this work. Calculation of the normal price with the influence of the recommended investment and its subsequent evaluation is indicated at the end of this work.
Compare prices for fruit trees found yield and simplified way in the district Hodonín

The aim of diploma thesis is comparison prices for fruit trees found yield way and prices found simplified way. Comparison wil be made with selected fruit trees lokated in different areas in the distrikt Hodonín. In the three (four) lokations will be changed the age of trees and there will be monitored effect on price. The first part of thesis defines neceessary concepts and the basic knowledge about fruit trees. In the second part there is making valuation, comparison values in differrent lokations and there is making an assessment of individual methoods.
Comparison of Prices of External Works on a Plot within a Functional Unit with a Detached House Ascertained by the Cost and Simplified Method in Villages up to 1000 inhabitants

This diploma thesis deals with the comparing prices of external work on an estate in detached house as a whole functional complex set by cost method to prices of simplified method situated in a village with no more than 1000 inhabitants. The theoretical part is concerned with explanation of basic terms commonly used in evaluation real estate such as a detached house or external work. This part also describes methods and technique used during the valuation. The practical part of my diploma thesis is focused on the valuation of the external work what make accessories of a detached house, by the cost and simplified method and their subsequent comparison.
